App terms of use

These app terms of use and end user license terms apply to AuCoin Payments and the hosted payment service at AuCoinOnline.com, provided by StoneWave Research LLC. They cover use of this service by authorized merchant personnel and customers paying a StoneWave order.

Purpose and scope

The service connects StoneWave's WooCommerce checkout with Authorize.net payment processing. Customers begin an order at StoneWave, continue to AuCoin to pay, and return to StoneWave for order confirmation. Authorized merchant personnel can review payment records, reconcile status and initiate authorized refunds.

The app is configured for StoneWave's designated merchant account. Viewing or signing in to the app does not authorize access to another merchant, make an unapproved merchant eligible for processing or establish a separate seller relationship with AuCoin.

Permission to use the app

We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app for its intended StoneWave order and payment-management purposes. Merchant administrators must have authority to connect the merchant account and grant access to its records. Keep sign-in credentials and access tokens confidential, use assigned permissions appropriately and contact support if access may have been compromised.

Do not use the service for unauthorized transactions, attempt to access another person's order or account, bypass security controls, or interfere with the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app or its branding.

Orders and payment authorization

StoneWave Research is the seller. Review the order and total on StoneWave and the amount shown on AuCoin before submitting payment. Selecting the charge button authorizes the displayed payment using the payment details you provide. If successful, the card statement's processing name is AuCoinOnline.com.

Wait for payment to finish and the return page to load. A pending screen or interrupted browser session is not proof that payment failed. If the result is unclear, contact support before trying again. Order payment status is based on verified processor results.

Product eligibility, shipping, cancellations, returns and purchase-related refunds remain governed by the StoneWave terms and conditions of sale and applicable law. These app terms do not replace those sales terms or create additional refund restrictions.

Authorize.net and other service providers

Authorize.net hosts the billing and card form and processes card transactions. Use of Authorize.net is also subject to the applicable Authorize.net and payment-processing agreements. Merchant processing fees, settlement and account eligibility are governed by those agreements. This page does not establish a separate app subscription or fee schedule.

Sandbox transactions are tests and do not move real funds. A sandbox success does not establish approval or availability of production processing.

Privacy and records

The AuCoin app privacy notice describes data used by the service. Merchant users must access customer and payment information only for authorized business purposes and handle it appropriately. Do not send support full card numbers, security codes, passwords or API secrets.

Availability, access and ending use

Processing and availability depend on the store, network and Authorize.net services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every attempted transaction will be approved. Access may be restricted to address security concerns, unauthorized use, maintenance or service-provider requirements.

You may stop using the service. An authorized merchant administrator can contact support to request that the app connection or a staff account be disabled. Ending access does not cancel an existing order, reverse a completed payment or automatically erase records that must be retained. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
